Nick developed a strong interest in building science when he started working with a friend building homes in the local area. Nick has always had a passion for real estate- houses and commercial/industrial buildings. Nick graduated from Carson Dunlop School of Home Inspection and is a Certified Professional Inspector. During his training and education, he worked alongside a veteran home inspector where he gained valuable experience and knowledge. He hopes to use his education and experience to help people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives; where they will live and possibly raise their family. He has a passion for technology and will always be on the leading edge when it comes to having the latest tools and software.
Nick always strives to keep his own home energy efficient and maintains it to the highest of standards, in turn reducing his carbon footprint as much as possible. Owning a home is a long-term investment and it is of utmost importance to be properly informed on your new home’s systems and current conditions.
Nick is a husband and proud father of two young boys and lives in Dufferin County. He enjoys playing local sports (especially hockey and baseball) and enjoys supporting local businesses. Nick also enjoys engaging in continuing education- home inspection, vehicles, tools, home improvements and manufacturing.
